Step 1

MAZE BUSTING

Maze Busting helps us to gain clarity on what our goals are and it helps us to focus on actions that deliver results without any Fear, Uncertainty or Doubt!

WHY YOU NEED IT:

  • It is the first important step on your journey. It will help you to learn how to simplify your life with easy steps that will provide results.

  • It will help you to leverage the power of action because you will be focused, instead of staring at your scales every day!

  • Your mindset will be clear and this in turn will help you to master your journey.

Step 2

FOOD SELECTION

During this step, you will select the specific foods, using only your favourite foods, that you will use to create a custom designed menu.  This is what you will use to help you reach your goals over the next 12 weeks.

WHY YOU NEED IT:

  • No one wants to eat food they don’t like, in this challenge you chose only the foods you like and that are affordable for you.

  • This will help prepare your custom menu with food you love to eat & food that serves your goals.

  • All your food selection questions will be answered and you will have gained mastery over what you eat.

Step 3

MENU HACKING

In this section, you will explore the ‘life hacks’ that make your choices easier than ever before.  It will make cooking and shopping a breeze and as a result, your life in general will be greatly improved!

WHY YOU NEED IT:

  • It will help to simplify your life, increase your enjoyment of what you eat, and save you money and time!

  • You will discover amazing cooking tools, easy recipes, and kitchen hacks that will simplify your life.

  • All your menu hacking questions will be answered and in turn, you will master your menu.

Step 4

CAKE TO STEAK BLUEPRINT

This is your custom designed 12 week roadmap that will allow you to know and understand exactly what to eat and when to eat each day.  You will also find out what to do if life tries to spoil your plans, such as events like weddings, funerals, christenings, parties, and much, much more.

WHY YOU NEED IT:

  • It is a carefully constructed 12 week roadmap that will take you from Cake to Steak and on your way to reaching your ideal goal.

  • It will give your day to day action plan that will lead you step by step through your journey.

  • All your daily action questions will be answered and you will be able to master your challenge.

Step 5

THE WARM UP

During the first 4 weeks of the Cake to Steak Challenge, we recommend that highly processed carbs "Cake" be removed from your diet slowly.  This will allow the body to adjust without nasty side effects, such as ‘Keto Flu.’

WHY YOU NEED IT:

  • It is a 4 week blueprint that will help you to reduce carbs while forging a new routine.

  • In the past, you may have quit ‘cold turkey’ but this is a ‘sure fire’ way to quit anything, instead we reduce carbs (cake!) slowly.

  • All your warm up questions will be answered and you will master your routine.

Step 6

ONE MONTH NO CAKE

Now that you have ‘warmed up,’ it is time to take things up a notch to the next level by removing all ‘cake’ and becoming fully fat adapted. It’s time to get ready to start Intermittent Fasting.

  • It is the part of the challenge that is designed to help participants discard the ‘cake habit.’

  • During this phase, your body will be reconditioned both mentally and physically in order to prepare you for starting intermittent fasting.

Step 7

MENU MAKEOVER

After 8 weeks, you will be able to create a new menu of food you love that will make you happy and still serve your goals for the Intermittent Fasting phase and beyond.

  • In this part of the challenge, you will readjust your menu for Intermittent Fasting and the ‘maintenance’ phase (what some people call ‘life after the diet!’)

  • Your needs will change as you progress your way through the challenge, so you will need to adjust your menu to reflect this

Step 8

IF TO OMAD

Once Fat Adapted, it’s time for those who are stuck or plateaued and need to allow the body more time to burn fat which is done with Intermittent Fasting and One Meal a Day. (OMAD)

  • It is the 4 weeks in the challenge that will help you to easily adopt intermittent fasting.

  • Allowing more time to pass between meals is a proven method of reducing body fat quickly.

Step 9

DAY FASTING

The finale or the conclusion of the Cake to Steak Challenge happens with a completion of a full 24 hour fast.  At this point, you can celebrate that you have been committed to challenge and the results you have achieved, where others have failed.
